Welcome to our shipping information page. We have outlined below some details about shipping soda along with other information for your order. Please read through this section carefully before placing an order.
How Are Items Shipped?
To provide the fastest possible shipping for our customers, Blue Sun Soda Shop uses FedEx Ground for all of our orders. We offer FedEx ground shipping at a standard $20 per 12 bottles rate in the continental United States.
Our approximate shipping times are as follows:
Ground Shipping: FedEx Ground (1-5 Business Days)
We only ship Monday through Friday, and packages cannot be delivered to a PO Box. We must have a physical mailing address located in the continental United States. Please note that a signature will be required for delivery of purchases over $200.
Where Can We Ship?
We can only ship orders within the continental United States for the standard $20 per 12 bottles rate. Shipping outside the continental United States will be calculated and a separate invoice sent to buyer.
When Can We Ship?
As we are based in Minnesota there are certain times of the year we can not ship soda due to freezing temperatures. We will let you know when this is happening and ship your order as soon as we have a weather window that does not freeze it.
What Is The Total Shipping And Handling Time?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within THE SAME DAY you order them Monday through Friday, otherwise on Monday if order over the weekend. We will ship your order the same day as long as it is received by 12PM Central time. Otherwise it will ship the following business day. Once an order has been shipped and in the hands of the shipping carrier, delivery will take place within 1-5 business days. Please provide for plenty of time for your order to be shipped in a timely manner.
What Is The Cost Of Shipping?
Blue Sun Soda Shop offers a flat $20 shipping charge per up to 12 bottles. The shipping packaging that we use can hold up to 12 bottles per package. Shipping is based on up to 12 bottles even if there are less put in the package.
What Is Your Return And Exchange Policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges.
What If Your Order Is Lost or Stolen?
We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once it is in the possession of the shipper, it is out of our control. However, we automatically add signature confirmation to orders over $200.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Order cancellations are only possible on orders that have not yet been shipped. For tracking purposes, we ask that you submit any cancellation requests to us through our contact us page. If you cancel by phone, you will be asked to submit the request via email for both party’s records.
